convenient location cold air conditioning

the location just off the m4 worked well for my travel plans.

I was uncomfortable with the cold room. The air conditioning did not produce any heat. the staff provided an electric heater, but it took a long time to heat up the space. that night was not good.

the check-in process was easy. i received helpful information, which i appreciated. my dog even got a little treat bag with chews and a ball, a really nice touch! tables in the dining area were clearly marked for pets. the room felt modern, comfortable, and it had a good shower. it also had all the necessary facilities.

The ketchup bottles at breakfast could use a little cleaning. I noticed some minor spots. the orange juice wasn't great either, a small detail but worth mentioning.

unstable wifi uninterested reception

I found the wifi coverage to be lacking. I needed to do some work in my room, BUT the connection was unstable. I was on one of the higher floors and signals are not consistent. Reception did not seem particularly concerned about the issue.
